Union Crossing
Custom Building Systems partnered with Southway Builders supplied 9 new energy efficient town homes for Episcopal Housing Corporation and the City of Westminster Maryland. The town homes are located near McDaniel College in downtown Westminster. This was phase 1 of EHC’s new homeownership project. The homes in Union Crossing are for moderate income homebuyers. Each townhouse is Energy Star certified and includes high efficiency HVAC systems, on-demand hot water heaters and other energy saving features to ensure homeowners can afford the homes and the ongoing utility costs in the future.
Battlefield Commons
Custom Building Systems partnered with Bette Cring LLC to bring the Battlefield Commons Community to life. Battlefield Commons is located along Lake Ontario near many historical sites and a 6 mile walking trail. CBS has manufactured over 30 different single family modular homes for the community. All the homes were customized to the homeowner’s specifications. Several homes have a view of Lake Ontario and were specifically designed to allow the homeowner a perfect view. Schoolhouse Square
Custom Building Systems manufactured single family homes for TRF Development Partners in the Schoolhouse Square neighborhood. TRF Development Partners is a non-profit affiliate dedicated to breathing life back into local communities like Schoolhouse Square in Neptune NJ. Schoolhouse Square has over 28 modular homes manufactured by CBS and possibly 20 or more to come.
