Yesterday, my husband, Jody & I visited your factory. We met with Rod. We were so thrilled to see our house being built! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Tom, there was a miscommunication somewhere down the line between final sign offs and the approvals drawings for the roof design on SN-15598. I noticed it late last night and called Bryan. He talked me off a ledge and said he would figure it out first thing this morning. He assembled the engineers and they all worked at it VERY VERY hard and got EVERYTHING done and resolved in an extremely fast and professional manner. There will always be bumps in the road, but when they are handled in a manner like this it reaffirms my decision to build with you all.
