Custom Building Systems manufactured single family homes for TRF Development Partners in the Schoolhouse Square neighborhood. TRF Development Partners is a non-profit affiliate dedicated to breathing life back into local communities like Schoolhouse Square in Neptune NJ. Schoolhouse Square has over 28 modular homes manufactured by CBS and possibly 20 or more to come.
Three different modular floor plans were manufactured by CBS for the Schoolhouse Square neighborhood. Each home offered 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 bathrooms, high efficiency central air and heating, large maintenance free porches, Hardie Board exteriors, and lots of storage space. All the modular homes manufactured by CBS in the Schoolhouse Square community are Energy Star Certified.
